Course description

This is an intensive practical training course that goes beyond standard entry procedures. Participants learn how to set up complex mechanical advantage systems (winches, pulley blocks), work with self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), and stabilise victims within confined spaces. The programme covers scenarios involving the vertical and horizontal transport of stretchers in extreme conditions.

Duration

The course lasts 24 hours.

Prerequisites

At least 18 years of age,
No medical contraindications to working in confined spaces (good physical and mental condition, no claustrophobia).

Outcomes upon completion

The participant is able to effectively lead a rescue team in crisis situations. They are fully prepared to independently construct advanced anchoring systems and rescue systems, as well as to operate safely inside hazard zones while wearing full breathing apparatus. Furthermore, they possess the competencies necessary for the comprehensive planning and execution of complex evacuations using stretchers and specialized rope rescue techniques.

Certificate validity

The certificate is valid for 24 months (2 years).

It is recommended that you regularly refresh your knowledge due to the high level of difficulty of the rescue techniques.
