What is the Development Services Database?
The Development Services Database (BUR) is a free nationwide online platform bringing together development services co-funded by the European Union, including training, courses, postgraduate programmes and consultancy. It is managed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and was created primarily to help businesses and their employees access a broad range of educational and development services. It connects training and consultancy providers with people who want to learn and, above all, promotes lifelong learning.

- micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (businesses employing up to 249 people)
- employees who want to improve their qualifications with support from their employer
- self-employed people, including sole traders
- adults who want to develop their competencies on their own initiative
You do not need to be unemployed. These are not courses provided through a public employment office.
