At the invitation of our Norwegian partner, Energy Innovation, we had the pleasure of visiting Stavanger and Egersund between October 14 and 16.
The conference in Stavanger addressed some of the most current and pressing topics in the renewable energy industry, including the urgent issue of workforce shortages in the sector, challenges related to educating young people entering the job market, and strategies to encourage them to pursue careers in renewable energy. We engaged in many valuable discussions and exchanges of ideas that may lead to tangible initiatives and solutions in the near future.
During our stay, we also had the opportunity to visit the Energy Innovation training center, an impressive and modern facility that stands out thanks to its innovative design and extensive resources – serving as a model for the entire industry.
