In April 2024 we visited the OAZ (Occupational Activation Centre) in Gdynia. During the meeting, organised on our initiative, it turned out that among former soldiers there is essentially no knowledge of the possibility of taking up work in the RES (Renewable Energy Sources) sector. A few have already found work here, but there is still a lack of reliable, accessible information on this new profession. We invite you to find out more about the requirements that we can help you meet. The industry is waiting, offering extremely favourable employment conditions.
The criteria are extremely simple and easy to meet:
- be available
- be motivated
- be in good health (able to work at heights above 1 m)
- have completed the compulsory BST training with us
