– valid GWO BST Working at Heights (WAH) certificate,

– valid GWO BST First Aid (FA) certificate

– valid GWO BST Manual Handling (MH) certificate.

  • ART-H 2 years
  • ART-N 2 years

 Course objective:

Combined GWO ART consists of two modules. The aim of the course is to equip wind industry workers with advanced rescue and evacuation skills in the specific environment of wind turbines.

  • GWO ART-H (Hub, Spinner and Inside Blade Rescue) – preparation for carrying out rescue operations in the hub, spinner, and inside the turbine blade
  • GWO ART-N (Nacelle, Tower and Basement Rescue) – mastering evacuation and rescue techniques for people in the nacelle, tower, and turbine basement.
