Training takes place at the Training Centre in Gdynia and lasts 535 min / 1 day (with breaks)
Prerequisites:
Registration in the WINDA database winda.globalwindsafety.org and obtaining a WINDA ID (it is possible to register during the training).

Course objective:
The objective of the BTT H hydraulic module is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to perform basic hydraulic tasks (under the supervision of an experienced technician), using safe working procedures and appropriate personal protective equipment.
Outcomes on completion of training:
- Upon successful completion of the hydraulic module BTT H, participants will be able to :
- explain the basics of hydraulics (L2 – Knowledge).
- Explain the risks and hazards associated with hydraulic work (L2 – Knowledge).
- Describe the operation of different types of pumps (L1 – Knowledge).
- Perform start/stop pressure checks on a pump (L2 – Skills).
- Describe the functions of different types of actuators (L1 – Knowledge).
- Explain the function of different types of valves (L2 – Knowledge).
- Describe the function of accumulators (L1 – Knowledge).
- Carry out the inspection and pre-charging of batteries (L2 – Skills).
- Describe the function of different types of sensors (L1 – Knowledge).Recognise oil carrying components (L1 – Knowledge).
- Describe oil handling procedures (L1 – Knowledge).
- Recognise and locate various components on a hydraulic diagram (L1 – Knowledge).
- Perform accurate hydraulic pressure measurements (L2 – Skills).
